Whenever I remember how we started, how we advanced, and where we stand now, I find myself feeling proud of all the successes we have achieved. Although we started with modest capabilities in 1990, we were able to make great achievements. The acceleration of Netco's development in recent years has been amazing. We are one of the first companies to start serving health information systems on the cloud. We launched the service for trial in late 2014 with iweb, and we were facing major technical and organizational challenges during which we arrived at the current form, which achieved great success that exceeded our expectations. In late 2016, the service was officially relaunched and the number of users exceeded 1,000. The number is still increasing, thanks to God.
Just as the company has gone through multiple stages, the most important stage in the company's journey is the opening of a subsidiary company for NITCO in the Arab Republic of Egypt. One of the fruits of this step was to attract high-caliber talent, convert all of the company's programs to the web, and launch the eCare system. Which relies on the latest software technologies. Not only that, but it has achieved significant development over the past six years.
Our goals were actually greater than our capabilities, the most prominent of which was managing customers and applications electronically, and we achieved this through a special customer service system that made it easier for us to carry out our work and achieved our customers’ satisfaction.
One of our most important achievements is the “Your Doctor” application on mobile. Which is distinguished from others by several features, the most important of which is that it is an extension of the ICARE system.
On this occasion, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the colleagues working with me, as they carry the same enthusiasm that I do in achieving a new concept of digital health care. They were loyal soldiers and fighters in the labor market with ferocity and strength, and they did not disappoint me.
I conclude on this occasion by thanking our customers, whom we consider our partners in this success. They understand our knowledge and marketing network, and they endured a lot of trouble with us due to their high sincerity of intention and sincere desire to achieve the best.
